On-Demand Executive Support
Pay for the work. Not the time.
It’s not that you can’t do it. It’s that you just don’t have the time. You have a business to run, clients to serve, sales to make, projects to manage, and work that actually requires you. On-Demand Executive Support gives you a way to hand off a specific administrative or business project without hiring staff, retaining an assistant, purchasing a block of hours, or committing to ongoing support.
You tell me what needs to be completed. I review the project, define the scope, provide a fixed quote, and complete the agreed work. One task. One project. One price.
Why Spend Time Doing It Yourself?
You probably can do it yourself. That is not the problem. The question is whether doing it yourself is the best use of your time. If you are running a business, working with clients, making sales, managing projects, or developing new opportunities, spending several hours organizing documents, researching options, cleaning up spreadsheets, preparing materials, or dealing with an administrative backlog may be taking time away from the work that actually requires you.
Hand off the project and keep your time for the work that makes you money.
You Don’t Need a Full Staff
Sometimes there is too much work to keep doing everything yourself, but not enough work to justify hiring another employee or maintaining an ongoing assistant relationship. That is where On-Demand Executive Support fits.
There is no employee to manage, no retainer, no block of hours, and no ongoing commitment. You may simply need a specific project finished.
What I Can Help With
Business Documents & Organization
Projects may include organizing and cleaning up business documents, formatting and standardizing professional materials, creating organized document packets, bringing scattered information together into a usable format, and organizing digital files or business records.
Research & Decision Support
When a decision requires information first, support may include researching vendors, services, products, business resources, or other options; comparing alternatives; gathering information needed for a decision; and creating organized summaries, comparison documents, or spreadsheets that make the information easier to review.
Spreadsheets & Tracking
Projects may include creating business spreadsheets, cleaning up and organizing existing spreadsheets, developing project trackers, organizing invoice, receipt, expense, or project information, and creating practical tracking systems that make business information easier to use and maintain.
Meetings & Professional Materials
Support may include preparing meeting materials, organizing board or committee packets, creating agendas and supporting documents, compiling background information, and organizing follow-up items or action steps after a meeting.
Administrative Cleanup
Sometimes the project is simply something that has been sitting unfinished for too long. That may include administrative backlogs, unfinished paperwork, records that need organizing, outstanding follow-up, information that needs to be sorted, business processes that need a workable system, or projects that were started but never completed.
Project & Cost-Control Support
My professional background includes executive assistance, project coordination, business operations, and project cost control. Projects may include project organization, cost and expense tracking, open-item tracking, vendor information, project documentation, status summaries, project closeout organization, and short-term administrative project coordination.
How It Works
1. Tell Me What You Need Completed
Start with the project rather than the number of hours you think it may take. What needs to be done? What does finished look like?
2. I Review the Project
I review the requested work, available information, expected deliverables, complexity, deadline, required research or coordination, and anything else needed to understand the scope.
3. You Receive a Project Quote
You receive a fixed price based on the defined project. You are purchasing the agreed work and deliverable, not an open-ended block of assistant hours.
4. I Complete the Work
Once the scope is approved, payment is received, and the materials needed to begin are available, I complete the project according to the agreed terms.
5. The Finished Work Is Delivered
The completed project is returned to you in the agreed format. When the project is complete, the engagement is complete. There is no requirement to continue services, purchase additional hours, or maintain an ongoing relationship. If you need something else later, you can return with the next project.
Remote by Design
On-Demand Executive Support is primarily provided remotely. Communication is kept practical and focused on completing the project. Some assignments may require questions, clarification, document exchange, or a scheduled conversation, but the service is not built around unnecessary meetings or routine check-ins.
You do not have to manage another employee, create work simply to justify a standing arrangement, or continue paying for support when there is nothing you need completed.
Project Pricing
On-Demand Executive Support is quoted by project. Scope, complexity, required research, coordination, turnaround, and the finished deliverable may all affect the price, but you receive an agreed project price before work begins.
Pay for the work. Not the time.
If the requested work changes substantially after the project begins, the additional work will be discussed and priced before the expanded work is completed.
Turnaround Options
Depending on the project and current availability, turnaround may be offered as:
Standard — normal project scheduling
Priority — expedited scheduling
Rush — accelerated completion when availability permits
Priority and Rush projects may carry an additional charge. On-demand does not mean 24/7 availability or guaranteed immediate service.
Experience Behind the Service
On-Demand Executive Support is backed by professional experience in executive assistance, project cost control, business operations, financial and administrative support, project coordination, records and document management, research, client service, and small-business administration. The service brings those skills together for professionals and organizations that need experienced help completing a specific business project without establishing an ongoing staffing arrangement.
Whether the project involves organizing information, researching options, creating a usable system, preparing professional materials, cleaning up an administrative backlog, or bringing an unfinished project across the finish line, the purpose is the same: take necessary work off your plate so your time can remain focused where it has the most value.
Have Something You Need Off Your Plate?
It’s not that you can’t do it. It’s that you don’t have the time. Keep your time for your clients, your sales, your projects, and your business, and hand off the administrative or business project that needs to get finished.
Tell me what you need completed.
