Community Support Services

Schea K Solutions offers community-based opportunities for connection, reflection, shared learning, and meaningful conversation, along with professional and organizational consulting for organizations, professionals, and community programs. Some offerings bring people together around shared topics, questions, or experiences, while others are developed with organizations that need a workshop, facilitated discussion, presentation, consultation, or another customized form of professional support.

The format may be different, but the approach remains grounded in participation, autonomy, practical information, lived experience, communication, and respect for the people involved.

Community Offerings

Community Offerings create space for people to gather around shared questions, experiences, or topics without requiring anyone to disclose more than they choose. Offerings may include topic-based discussions, peer groups, community conversations, and other opportunities developed around the interests and needs of participants.

Some offerings may be free and open to the community, while others may be smaller, structured, or closed groups. Participation is always based on choice, and people are encouraged to take what is useful and leave what does not fit.

Topic-Based Discussions

Conversations organized around a specific topic, question, or shared experience. Participants may contribute as much or as little as they choose.

Peer Groups

Small-group spaces centered on shared experience, reflection, connection, communication, and practical support.

Community Conversations

Broader discussions that create space for people to explore issues, perspectives, experiences, and questions that matter to them and their communities.

Professional & Organizational Consulting

Schea K Solutions works with professionals, organizations, and community programs that need practical support with communication, group processes, program development, workshops, presentations, or community engagement.

Consulting is shaped around the specific need rather than a predetermined package. The work may involve helping an organization think through an issue, developing or strengthening a program, facilitating a conversation, improving communication, or bringing lived-experience and peer-support perspectives into professional or community work.

Workshops & Presentations

Customized workshops, presentations, and information-sharing sessions developed around the needs of the organization, audience, or community.

Facilitated Discussions & Meetings

Process-focused facilitation for meetings, community conversations, professional discussions, and other situations where structure can support communication, participation, and clearer next steps.

Program Development & Consultation

Support with developing, reviewing, or strengthening programs, materials, participant experiences, community initiatives, and service approaches.

Conflict Communication Consultation

Consultation focused on communication breakdowns, difficult conversations, conflict patterns, and practical ways to improve communication and move conversations forward.

Peer Support & Lived-Experience Consultation

Consultation for organizations seeking to better understand peer support, lived experience, participant voice, autonomy, and person-centered approaches.

Customized Projects

Some needs do not fit neatly into one category. Customized consulting may be developed when the requested work falls within the scope of Schea K Solutions.
