What to Bring
Please bring the document requiring notarization and the identification required for the notarial act.
Do not sign a document in advance when the notarial act requires the signature to be made in the notary's presence.
The document must contain the appropriate notarial certificate or you must know which notarial act you are requesting. A Texas notary cannot select a notarial certificate or provide legal advice about which type of notarization you need. Texas requires a notarial certificate before a notary signs and affixes a seal.
By Appointment — Local & Mobile Notary Services
Notary services are provided by appointment in Brookshire, Texas and the surrounding west-of-Houston area.
Appointments may be arranged at an agreed location, including a client’s business, office, residence, or another appropriate meeting location. Availability and location are confirmed in advance.
For businesses or professionals with multiple documents, please provide basic information about the number and type of documents when requesting an appointment so adequate time can be reserved.
Notary Fees
Fees for notarial acts will be disclosed before service and will remain within the amounts permitted under Texas law.
Mobile or travel appointments may include a separate travel or convenience fee based on location and distance. Any travel or other non-notarial charge will be disclosed and agreed to before the appointment.
