On-Demand Executive Support
Pay for the work. Not the time.
It’s not that you can’t do it. It’s that you just don’t have the time.
You have a business to run, clients to serve, sales to make, and work that actually requires you. On-Demand Executive Support gives you a way to hand off a specific administrative or business project without hiring staff, retaining an assistant, purchasing a block of hours, or committing to ongoing support.
You tell me what needs to be completed. I scope the project, quote the work, and get it done.
One task. One project. One price.
Why Spend Time Doing It Yourself?
You probably can do it yourself. That isn’t the problem.
The problem is what else you could be doing with that time.
If you are running a business, working with clients, making sales, managing projects, or developing new opportunities, spending several hours organizing documents, researching vendors, cleaning up spreadsheets, or dealing with an administrative backlog may not be the best use of your time.
Hand off the project. Keep your time for the work that makes you money.
You Don’t Need a Full Staff
Sometimes you have too much work to keep doing everything yourself—but not enough work to justify hiring another employee or maintaining an ongoing assistant relationship.
That is where On-Demand Executive Support fits.
No employee. No retainer. No block of hours. No ongoing commitment.
You may just need the project finished.

How It Works
1. Tell Me What You Need Completed
Start with the project rather than the number of hours you think it may take.
What needs to be done? What does finished look like?
2. I Review the Project
I review the requested work, available information, expected deliverables, complexity, deadline, and anything else needed to determine the scope.
3. You Receive a Project Quote
You receive a price based on the defined project.
You are purchasing the completed work—not an open-ended block of assistant hours.
4. I Complete the Work
Once the scope, payment, and required materials are in place, the project is completed according to the agreed terms.
5. The Finished Work Is Delivered
The completed project is returned to you in the agreed format.
That is it.
There is no requirement to continue services, purchase additional hours, or maintain an ongoing assistant relationship.

Remote by Design
On-Demand Executive Support is provided remotely.
Communication is kept practical and focused on completing the project. Some assignments may require questions, clarification, or a scheduled conversation, but the service is not built around unnecessary meetings or routine check-ins.
You do not have to manage another employee.
You do not have to create work just to justify a standing arrangement.
And you do not have to keep paying for support when there is nothing you need completed.
Project Pricing
On-Demand Executive Support is quoted by project.
Time, complexity, scope, required research, coordination, turnaround, and the finished deliverable may all affect the price, but you receive an agreed project price before work begins.
Pay for the work. Not the time.
If the requested work changes substantially after the project begins, the additional work will be discussed and priced before the expanded work is completed.
Turnaround Options
Depending on the project and current availability, turnaround options may include:
Standard — normal project scheduling
Priority — expedited scheduling
Rush — accelerated completion when availability permits
Priority and Rush service may carry an additional charge.
On-demand does not mean 24/7 availability or guaranteed immediate service.
