Hi, I’m Schea.

I’m Schelitia Kennedy, founder of Schea K Solutions.

I’m a State of Texas Certified Mental Health Peer Support Professional, trained in Civil, Family, and CPS mediation, and experienced as a survivor-centered advocate, facilitator, presenter, and trainer.

My work is grounded in lived experience, practical reflection, communication, and the reality that surviving something difficult is not the same as knowing how to live afterward.

Why I Do This

Many forms of support focus on the crisis itself: getting out, staying safe, making immediate decisions, or surviving the next day.

Those things matter.

But there is often far less support for what comes after.

What happens when the crisis is over, but the effects are still present?

What happens when you no longer know what you want, what you trust, or how to make decisions without questioning yourself?

What happens when you have survived, but still feel organized around survival?

Schea K Solutions exists for that part.

This work supports adults who are rebuilding after harmful relationships, prolonged stress, conflict, major life disruption, or experiences that changed how they relate to themselves and others.

My Approach

I work beside people, not above them.

I am not here to diagnose, direct, or tell someone who they should become. I offer a grounded space for reflection, honest conversation, pattern recognition, communication support, and practical next steps.

My approach is non-clinical, trauma-aware, body-aware, and centered on autonomy.

That means we can pay attention to thoughts, emotions, communication patterns, stress responses, boundaries, relationships, and the ways past experiences may still shape the present.

The goal is not to push someone toward a predetermined outcome.

The goal is to help them hear themselves more clearly and make choices that fit their own reality.

An infographic titled 'The C.L.E.A.R. Method: A Flexible Reflection Framework' displaying five steps: Center with an image of stacked stones, Listen with an ear, Examine with a magnifying glass, Acknowledge with a heart, and Reorient with a winding arrow. Each step has accompanying descriptive text explaining its purpose and guidance, and is stylized with a black and white design.

The C.L.E.A.R. Method™

The C.L.E.A.R. Method™ is a flexible reflection framework.

Each letter can hold a different meaning depending on the person, the situation, and what the moment calls for. It offers structure without taking away choice.

The goal is not to force every experience into the same process. The goal is to help each person find the meaning and next step that fits their own reality.

What C.L.E.A.R. Can Mean

Each letter is intentionally flexible. The word that fits may change depending on the person, the situation, and what the moment requires.

C — Calm, Center, Clarify, or Create Space

A pause before deciding what comes next.

L — Listen, Look, Lean In, or Let Go

Pay attention to what is being said, felt, avoided, or needed.

E — Examine, Explore, Evaluate, or Express

Look more closely at the facts, patterns, emotions, and possibilities.

A — Acknowledge, Accept, Ask, or Act

Name what is true and consider what the moment calls for.

R — Reassess, Reorient, Respond, Rebuild, Reclaim, Rest, or Release

Choose the next step that fits your reality.

What I Bring to the Work

My background includes:

  • mental health peer support

  • survivor-centered advocacy

  • domestic violence and intimate partner violence-informed support

  • civil, family, and CPS mediation training

  • conflict communication

  • adult education and facilitation

  • public speaking and training

  • body-aware and integrative approaches to stress and rebuilding

I also bring the perspective of someone who understands that people are more than what happened to them.

I do not believe healing, rebuilding, or clarity should require someone to surrender their voice, identity, or judgment to another person.

Support should strengthen autonomy, not replace it.

Who This Work Is For

A man with dark, wavy hair and a beard is sitting with his eyes closed, hands clasped together against his forehead, appearing distressed or deep in thought, next to a window with natural light

You may feel at home here if you are:

  • rebuilding after a harmful or controlling relationship

  • trying to trust yourself again

  • learning how to set or maintain boundaries

  • making sense of emotional, relational, or communication patterns

  • preparing for a difficult conversation

  • navigating conflict, family tension, or major change

  • moving through the aftermath of survival

  • looking for grounded support that does not feel clinical or judgmental

  • trying to create a life that feels like your own

You do not need perfect language for what you are experiencing.

You only need to know that something no longer fits and that you are ready to look at what comes next.

What This Is Not

Schea K Solutions does not provide:

  • therapy or counseling

  • mental health diagnosis or treatment

  • medical care

  • legal advice or legal representation

  • crisis intervention

  • emergency services

  • 24-hour support

Peer support is not a replacement for licensed mental health treatment when clinical care is needed.

Mediation and communication support do not guarantee agreement, reconciliation, or a particular outcome.

This work is also not about pressuring people to forgive, reconnect, remain in harmful relationships, or move forward before they are ready.

What You Can Expect

You can expect direct, respectful, and honest support.

There is room here for uncertainty, mixed feelings, contradiction, grief, anger, relief, and the parts of rebuilding that do not fit into neat language.

You will not be treated as a problem to solve.

You will be treated as a person with your own history, judgment, values, and right to choose what comes next.

The work may involve slowing down, noticing patterns, naming what is true, separating what belongs to you from what does not, and considering what direction feels realistic.

There is no promise of a quick answer or a perfect path.

There is room to begin where you are.

Moving Forward

You made it through the dark.

Now you are rebuilding.

Schea K Solutions offers a place to talk honestly about that part—what happened, what it left behind, and what it may take to create a life that feels steadier, clearer, and more like your own.
